New Delhi: Union Minister Kiren Rijiju attended the Young Leaders Forum in the national capital, highlighting the growing importance of youth engagement in national discourse and security.

Speaking at the event, Rijiju said, “Regions like Arunachal Pradesh are organising the Young Leaders Forum and Chanakya Dialogues to engage youth from different backgrounds. The Indian Army has professionalism and a positive influence on young people. It is important to integrate youth into national security, moving them from observers to active participants with proper guidance.”

The Minister commended initiatives like the Young Leaders Forum for providing a constructive platform where young minds can connect, learn, and contribute to the nation’s development. He emphasized that such initiatives not only nurture leadership qualities but also instill a sense of responsibility and patriotism among the youth.

Rijiju added that the involvement of the Indian Army and other institutions in mentoring the younger generation plays a vital role in shaping their understanding of discipline, integrity, and national service.

The Young Leaders Forum aims to bridge the gap between policymakers, professionals, and youth leaders, encouraging dialogue on national issues ranging from security to sustainable development. With increasing participation from across regions, the forum is expected to expand its outreach and impact, inspiring more young Indians to take active roles in shaping the country’s future.
