Delhi, India - Gaurav Chaudhary, a popular YouTuber known as “Technical Guruji,” recently highlighted the exponential growth of startups in India. From a modest 300 in 2014, the number has skyrocketed to over 100,000 today, marking a significant shift in the country’s entrepreneurial landscape.

Chaudhary attributes this surge to various government initiatives such as Make in IndiaSkill India, and Digital India. These schemes, he says, have not only impacted the lives of the common man but have also provided a substantial boost to businesses.

“Over the years, we have seen that these government schemes have had an impact on the life of the common man. But if I talk about business, they have also got benefit from it,” Chaudhary said.

India’s startup ecosystem has grown so robust that it now ranks as the fifth largest globally, with sights set on becoming the third largest. This rapid growth, according to Chaudhary, is a testament to the country’s digital revolution.

“I honestly believe that digital will have a huge contribution to the Indian economy,” he added.

The rise of startups in India signals a promising future for the country’s economy. With the continued support of government initiatives and the increasing adoption of digital technologies, India is well on its way to becoming a global startup hub.

As the country continues to foster its entrepreneurial spirit, the words of Technical Guruji serve as a reminder of the power of digital transformation in shaping India’s economic future.
