Shehzad Poonawalla, a BJP leader and the party’s national spokesperson, has voiced his concerns over the law and order situation in Karnataka, in light of the recent Hubballi incident. He lamented, “It’s unfortunate that such a state of law & order in Karnataka that the daughter of a Congress leader isn’t safe then how will be the other’s daughter.”

Poonawalla criticized the Congress party’s response to the incident, accusing them of prioritizing their vote bank over women’s security. He pointed out that Neha’s father, who is disillusioned with the ongoing investigation, has called for a CBI probe.

The BJP leader also revealed that the national president of the BJP has met with Neha’s family and assured them of their support. However, he questioned the Congress party’s priorities, stating, “Why did Congress put vote bank security over women’s security?”

Poonawalla further criticized the Congress party for their stance during the Rameshswar Cafe blast case, where he alleged that the party sided with the ‘vote bank’ when the slogan of ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ was raised.

“We demand a CBI inquiry into the case,” Poonawalla declared, expressing his disappointment with the comments made by Congress leaders, including the state Home Minister and the Chief Minister, who allegedly suggested that the incident was a love affair.

In conclusion, Poonawalla called out the ‘perverted’ mindset of the Congress leaders and demanded a thorough and unbiased investigation into the incident to ensure justice for Neha and her family.
