While hearing a petition seeking directions to the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to investigate the 22 closed doors in the Taj Mahal to determine the presence of Hindu deity idols, the bench said, "We are of the opinion that petitioner has called upon us to give a verdict on completely a non justiciable issue."
