The 270km long Jammu-Srinagar national highway, the only all-weather surface link that connects Kashmir with the outside world, was closed for a third day on Thursday after heavy rains over the previous two days caused landslides at nearly three dozen locations on the highway in Ramban and Udhampur districts.
