Delhi - In a recent turn of events, BJP leader Shehzad Poonawalla has criticized the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and its ally, the Congress, over their handling of recent controversies.

Poonawalla stated, “AAP is calling their own MP a traitor. Earlier, ‘Cheer Haran’ happened, and now they are doing ‘Charitra Haran’.” He was referring to the recent allegations of betrayal within the AAP and the subsequent character assassination of the accused party member.

The BJP leader also pointed out that the Congress, despite being an ally of the AAP, did not invite Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to their public rally in Delhi today. Poonawalla suggested that this could be due to discomfort within the Congress regarding the alleged assault on a Rajya Sabha MP in the Chief Minister’s residence.

He further criticized Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s attempt to downplay the incident by referring to it as an ‘internal matter’. Poonawalla questioned the safety of women in Delhi, stating, “If a woman is not safe in the CM’s residence, where else could she be safe?

This statement comes amidst growing concerns about the political climate in Delhi and raises questions about the relationship between the AAP and the Congress. As the political drama unfolds, the citizens of Delhi await a resolution to these controversies.
