Delhi BJP Chief Criticizes Kejriwal’s Interim Bail, Calls it ‘Not a Clean Chit’

New Delhi - In a recent development, Delhi BJP Chief Virendra Sachdeva has criticized Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on his interim bail. Sachdeva stated that the bail is ‘not a clean chit’ for the AAP leader.

The Supreme Court today granted interim bail to Kejriwal for 21 days. The court has asked the national convenor of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to surrender on June 2, a day after the polling for the seven-phased Lok Sabha elections is scheduled to end.

Sachdeva, in his statement, expressed his disapproval of the court’s decision. He emphasized that the interim bail should not be misconstrued as an exoneration of Kejriwal’s alleged wrongdoings.

“The interim bail is not a clean chit. It is merely a temporary relief,” Sachdeva said. “The court has only given him time till the end of the Lok Sabha elections. He will have to surrender and face the law after that.”

The BJP leader’s comments have added a new dimension to the ongoing political discourse in the capital. It remains to be seen how this development will impact the AAP’s campaign in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Kejriwal and his party are yet to respond to Sachdeva’s comments. As the political temperature in Delhi continues to rise, all eyes are now on the AAP and its leader.
