As the electoral battleground in Delhi heats up ahead of the crucial polling date on May 25th, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) during a campaign rally in the capital's Dwarka area.

Singh minced no words as he accused Kejriwal of betraying his mentor, anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare, questioning the CM's integrity and ability to win the trust of the people of Delhi. Referring to Kejriwal's past association with Hazare during the India Against Corruption movement, Singh's remarks struck a chord with the audience, highlighting concerns over the AAP's credibility.

"The Delhi government, which could not provide safety to women, has no right to be in power," Singh asserted, echoing widespread concerns over issues of women's safety that have plagued the city in recent years. The Defence Minister's remarks underscored the BJP's strategy to capitalize on governance failures and position itself as the party best equipped to address the pressing challenges facing Delhi.

Singh also took aim at the AAP's track record, alleging that the party had failed to deliver on its promises to the people of Delhi. He accused the AAP of functioning as the 'B' team of the Congress within the Indian Political Action Committee (INDIA) alliance, insinuating a symbiotic relationship between the two parties aimed at consolidating power.

The Defence Minister's blistering critique comes at a crucial juncture in the electoral campaign, with political parties intensifying their efforts to sway voters ahead of polling day. Singh's presence in the Dwarka area underscores the BJP's determination to secure victory in Delhi and consolidate its position in the national political landscape.

However, Singh's remarks have not gone unchallenged, with AAP leaders swiftly rebutting his allegations and defending the party's record in governance. They have reiterated their commitment to the welfare of Delhi residents and vowed to continue fighting for their rights and interests.

As the electoral battle rages on, the stage is set for a showdown between the BJP, AAP, and other contenders vying for supremacy in the national capital. With just days remaining until the polls, the fate of Delhi hangs in the balance, with voters poised to deliver their verdict on the future direction of the city.
