Defence Minister Rajnath Singh Holds Delegation-Level Talks with Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh today held delegation-level talks with Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, focusing on enhancing defence cooperation between India and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The meeting, which took place in the national capital, is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen ties between the two nations, particularly in the defence and strategic sectors.

During the talks, both leaders discussed key areas of collaboration, including defence technology, military training, and bilateral defence partnerships. The discussions also covered the expansion of strategic relations between India and the UAE, with an emphasis on fostering cooperation in areas of mutual interest, such as counter-terrorism and maritime security.

Minister Singh expressed India's commitment to furthering defence relations with the UAE, while Sheikh Hamdan underscored the UAE’s continued interest in strengthening bilateral ties with India. Both sides reaffirmed their shared commitment to maintaining peace and stability in the region.
