In a recent political discourse, BJP National General Secretary Dushyant Kumar Gautam made a significant remark in response to Home Minister Amit Shah’s statement. The Home Minister had stated, “We have had the majority to change the Constitution for the last 10 years. We never did it.”

Gautam, interpreting the party’s vision, said, “400 paar means securing the country in every manner. For that, the border needs to be secure too, internal security also needs to be adequate…We are certain that we will cross 400…”

This statement sheds light on the party’s commitment to national security, both at the borders and internally. The reference to “400 paar” is seen as a metaphor for the party’s aim to achieve a comprehensive security framework for the nation.

The BJP’s emphasis on security is not new. However, Gautam’s statement brings a renewed focus on the party’s commitment to ensuring a secure environment for the citizens of India. The party believes that a secure border is a prerequisite for internal security.

The statement also reflects the party’s confidence in its policies and governance. The assertion that they are certain to “cross 400” indicates the party’s belief in its ability to secure a strong mandate in future elections.
