New Delhi, India - Bansuri Swaraj, BJP Member of Parliament from New Delhi, has raised serious concerns about the water crisis gripping the city. In a scathing critique, Swaraj accused the Kejriwal government of prioritizing theatrics over practical solutions.

“Delhi is in a dire state,” Swaraj declared. “The entire city is parched, and the Kejriwal government seems more interested in political drama than addressing the pressing issue of water scarcity.”

The Supreme Court of India also weighed in, admonishing the Kejriwal administration for its lack of action against the illegal tanker mafia operating in Delhi. Swaraj highlighted that no steps have been taken to prevent water wastage or improve the infrastructure of the Delhi Jal Board.

“Despite being in power for a decade,” Swaraj lamented, “the Kejriwal government has failed to allocate resources or invest in critical repairs. Delhi residents deserve better.”

As the water crisis persists, citizens await decisive measures from the authorities to alleviate their suffering. The spotlight remains on the need for effective governance and sustainable solutions to ensure access to clean water for all.
