BJP Member of Parliament Manoj Tiwari has launched a scathing critique against the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Delhi, alleging negligence in maintaining and cleaning drainage systems across the city. Tiwari's remarks come amidst escalating political rhetoric ahead of upcoming elections, where issues of civic infrastructure and governance are taking center stage.

Addressing the media in New Delhi, BJP MP Manoj Tiwari asserted, "In the past 10 years, the AAP government has not cleaned any drain in Delhi." His comments highlight perceived shortcomings in municipal services under AAP's leadership, with Tiwari stressing the adverse impact on residents' daily lives due to inadequate maintenance of essential public infrastructure.

"The people of Delhi are suffering," Tiwari added, emphasizing the tangible consequences of what he described as governmental neglect of basic civic responsibilities. His remarks underscored BJP's narrative of prioritizing effective governance and infrastructural development in the national capital.

Calling for a change in leadership, Tiwari appealed directly to Delhi's electorate, stating, "I request the people of Delhi to give a chance to the BJP party and form their government in Delhi." His appeal reflects BJP's campaign strategy ahead of elections, positioning the party as an alternative capable of addressing longstanding civic issues and improving quality of life for residents.

The issue of drainage and sanitation has emerged as a focal point in the political discourse, with BJP framing it as indicative of broader governance failures under AAP's tenure. As electoral dynamics evolve, stakeholders and voters are expected to scrutinize competing visions for Delhi's development and governance.
