Delhi, India - Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the ‘Startup Mahakumbh’ at Bharat Mandapam, praising the organizers for their commitment to the event despite the upcoming elections.

“Your team is organising such a big event here,” the Prime Minister said, acknowledging the scale of the ‘Mahakumbh’. He went on to express his admiration for the organisers’ determination, saying, “Generally, the businessman’s mind thinks that it is the election year, let it be, we will see (organise something like this) once the elections are over and a new government will be formed.”

However, the Prime Minister noted that the ‘Startup Mahakumbh’ was being organised even after the elections had been declared. He humorously suggested that this could mean the organisers were confident about the outcome of the elections. “This means that you know what is going to happen in the next 5 years?” he quipped.

The ‘Startup Mahakumbh’ is a significant event in the startup ecosystem, providing a platform for entrepreneurs to network, share ideas, and learn from industry experts. The Prime Minister’s presence at the event underscores the government’s commitment to fostering a robust startup culture in India.

The Prime Minister’s remarks come at a time when the country is gearing up for the upcoming elections. His comments have sparked discussions about the role of businesses in the electoral process and the potential impact of the election results on the startup ecosystem.

As the country awaits the election results, the ‘Startup Mahakumbh’ continues to inspire and empower entrepreneurs, demonstrating that the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship remains strong, regardless of the political climate.
