Shiva was employed as a helper on P Srinivas Reddy's truck, which was utilised in the crime, according to the families. Chennakeshavulu and one of the other defendants, Jollu Naveen, had previously worked as helpers on Reddy's trucks, although they were not working at the time of the crime.
