BJP National Secretary Accuses Political Parties of Spreading Hatred

New Delhi, India - BJP National Secretary, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, has accused certain political parties of spreading hatred against Hindus and Sikhs from Afghanistan who have sought refuge in India. He alleges that these refugees are being unfairly labelled as potential sources of riots, tensions, and unemployment in Delhi.

Sirsa specifically pointed out Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal, accusing him of attempting to spread hatred against the Sikh community. He stated, “The same Arvind Kejriwal had spoken about settling Rohingyas here…Just for electoral politics and getting the votes of a particular community, hatred is being spread and our community is being defamed.”

The BJP National Secretary has brought these allegations to the attention of the Election Commission. He has demanded that action be taken against Kejriwal, including the suspension of his social media handles and a directive to TV channels to stop broadcasting content that defames their community.

“We have told the Commission that action should be taken against him, his social media handles be stopped and TV channels who are running this should be directed to stop the broadcast. We have also demanded strict action against Arvind Kejriwal who is defaming us,” Sirsa said.

The BJP National Secretary’s comments come in the wake of ongoing debates surrounding the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), which has been a contentious issue in Indian politics. The Act aims to provide citizenship to persecuted minorities from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Pakistan, but has been met with widespread protests and criticism.

As of now, there has been no response from Arvind Kejriwal or the accused political parties to Sirsa’s allegations.
