BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj Commemorates Late Mother Sushma Swaraj with Tree Planting Campaign

In a heartfelt tribute to her late mother, former External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj participated in the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' campaign, which aims to honor loved ones through environmental conservation. The campaign, initiated under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, encourages planting trees in memory of significant individuals.

Speaking about the initiative, Bansuri Swaraj remarked, “It has been five years since the demise of my mother. Under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, a campaign named 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' has been initiated. Today, we planted 21 trees in the memory of my mother, Sushma Swaraj.”

The event took place in Delhi, where Bansuri Swaraj, along with other participants, planted 21 trees as part of the campaign.
