New Delhi: In a recent turn of events, Bansuri Swaraj, BJP leader and New Delhi Lok Sabha candidate, has raised questions about the leadership of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). This comes in response to allegations made by Atishi, AAP leader and Delhi minister, about a conspiracy being hatched by the BJP-led Central government to impose President’s rule in the National Capital.

Swaraj criticized Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, stating, “It is very unfortunate that CM Arvind Kejriwal is so intoxicated with power, he is eager to run the government from jail.” She further questioned the lack of potential successors within the AAP, asking, “Is there a shortage of leadership in AAP? You (AAP) have more than 60 MLAs, none of them is qualified enough to become a CM?”

Swaraj also dismissed the allegations made by AAP during their press conference as an old habit. The BJP leader’s comments have sparked a fresh debate about the leadership crisis within the AAP and the political future of Delhi.

The AAP has yet to respond to Swaraj’s comments. As the political drama unfolds, the citizens of Delhi await clarity on the situation. The imposition of President’s rule would mean a significant shift in the political landscape of the National Capital. However, the question remains - is this a genuine concern or just another political tactic in the run-up to the elections?
