The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) has arrested three persons, including a relative of AAP MLA Akhilesh Pati Tripathi. Accused allegedly sold MCD ticket for Kamla Nagar Ward (No 69) to Shobha Khari's husband for Rs 90 lakhs. The ACB formed a team of its elite officials to nab the accused.

It should be noted that among the 40 celebrity campaigners the party has announced for the Gujarat assembly elections in 2022 are former party leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi as well as Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. The party's Bharat Jodo Yatra is being led by Rahul Gandhi, who has not yet conducted any campaigning in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh, two states with upcoming elections.
